Our History
The foundations of Serdar Turanlar Real Estate Investment are built upon the work ethic, sacrifice, and patience of the first generation of guest workers who went to Germany. The life struggle of our founder's parents under difficult conditions became the source of the discipline, trust, and continuity values that shape our brand's business approach.
Years of living and business experience gained in Germany taught us the value of quality, the power of planning, and that trust-based business relationships are the foundation of long-term success. With the decision to bring this accumulated knowledge to our homeland, we entered the sector with small-scale residential projects in Bursa in the early 2000s.
Since our establishment, we have successfully completed more than 25 projects, creating many prestigious developments in Bursa's Yıldırım, Nilüfer, and Kestel districts. Today, with the Infinity Çandarlı project in İzmir Dikili Çandarlı, we are realizing a vision of sea-view, sustainable, and timeless living in one of the Aegean's most distinguished coastal towns.
